At Music Bliss Malaysia, we want to ensure your musical journey is perfect, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure all instruments and equipment are returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to provide your invoice number and reason for return.

    Submit Proof of Condition

    Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating any technical defects or physical damage to help our technicians perform a preliminary assessment.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back to our Petaling Jaya showroom or designated service center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Resolution

    Our specialists will inspect the hardware, and upon verification, we will process your replacement or store credit within 3 to 5 working days.
