The Zoom M4 MicTrak makes field recording as easy as 1-2-3. This 4-channel portable recorder boasts a new capsule design and captures a variety of sources with stunning 32-bit float/96kHz quality. The M4 includes unique body construction that effectively reduces handling noise, and it includes a built-in X/Y mic that delivers excellent frequency response and incredible sonic clarity. The M4 also boasts two XLR/TRS inputs with amazing-sounding F-series preamps that you can combine with the onboard X/Y mic to give your videos studio-like sound anywhere. This portable recorder features a color LCD screen with a waveform display, a timecode generator with a 3.5mm input/output, and headphone and stereo line outputs. You also get an onboard normalization function for producing great-sounding audio right on the spot. What's more, the M4 can function as a 4-in/2-out audio interface, and you can use it as an interface and a 4-channel SD recorder simultaneously.
