All ESP Original Series instruments are hand-crafted by the world-renowned expert luthiers at the ESP Custom Shop in Japan. The ESP Arrow offers a bold, angular, beveled shape that is completely unique among guitar designs. Built with neck-thru-body construction, every detail of the ESP Arrow is designed for the ultimate in professional guitar performance with an alder body, a thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck, and ebony fingerboard with triangular inlays. Nothing but the highest quality components are implemented in this finely-crafted guitar, including a Floyd Rose Original bridge, Gotoh locking tuners, ESP strap locks, and a pair of EMG JH “Het Set” active pickups that offer the clarity and punch of a passive pickup along with tight attack and clean low end. Available in Andromeda II and Everest finishes.

Yes! Majority of our product provides a minimum 1 year warranty on the electronic parts.

What if I need help with my guitar/bass set up?

Can I test the product prior to my purchase?

Definitely! You can contact our sales team through 016-3111286 to make reservation for the time slot and head over to Music Bliss showroom to view the item before buying it. We are honored to have you here!

How long will it take to deliver?

It usually takes only 3-7 working days for the item to be safely delivered to your doorstep. Self-collection and Lalamove (local delivery) is available as well!

Can I self-collect my item(s)?

Of course! You can head over to Music Bliss showroom for self-collection during our working hours.
10am - 7.30pm (Mon - Thurs)
10am - 7pm (Fri - Sat)
10am - 6pm (Sun)

Can I use Lalamove / Grab / Same Day Delivery as a delivery option?

Yes! Please note that the delivery hour for Lalamove service is only available for local delivery, from 11am to 5pm daily. For delivery ,please check out choosing Lalamove/Grab service or contact the mainline 016-3111286.
